The title gets it right, a very ethereal exposition. The color purple has always been an other worldly yet nostalgic and melancholic color. The album art was a good choice for this release. I find a lot of dungeon synth to be formulaic but the releases by this artist page have been a welcome divergence from the norm. The final track by Elminster almost makes me think of the final level of Mirror's Edge, a very different aesthetic.

A truly wonderful split and the somewhat alternating track method gives it a completely cohesive feel. Both projects interweave among each other and throughout the story woven by the music. There is amazing traditional ds work in this and also ethereal ds. Like the mirroring of our world and a spirit world. These two artists graced us with one heck of a split.
